We’re excited to welcome back artist Caroline Goldsmith!
From the maker: “Impressionist temperature plein air painter working in oils. Goal is to paint everyday and mostly outdoors. What I am thinking as I paint is to explore brushwork and abstract shapes and tonal interplay as I build the artwork and instill a feeling like a beautiful poem. Economy of every stroke counting and being meaningful. As I work, I decide what to leave and what to change to arrive at a painting that sings beauty, happiness, joy, and awe. I travel with paints whenever possible to bring new inspiration to my work. Special for me this year is being a chosen artist by Dunnes Lakeshore National Park for an artist residency September 4-18th.”
